HENOSIS (“oneness” in Greek), is an independently owned and operated regenerative mushroom farm in Nashville, Tennessee, dedicated to creating a connection between people and mushrooms. For over a decade, we have been exploring the world of fungi while embracing sustainable closed-loop production practices.

We grow fresh, healthy mushrooms for our local community and now for you to enjoy at home via our line of mushroom grow kits and mushroom extracts! We recycle our mycelial substrate into nutrient-rich Mushroom Compost and create delicious Umami Mushroom Jerky out of our leftover mushrooms.

In addition to growing gourmet mushrooms and creating mushroom-based products, we are actively involved in positively impacting our natural and social ecosystems by investing in research, the local economy, and social causes with a mycological focus.
