Lion's Mane BBQ

YIELD serves 3

TIME 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 lb lions mane

1 cup bbq sauce

1 tbsp red pepper flake

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 pinch cayenne pepper

vinegar to taste

hot sauce to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Shred your Lion’s Mane then sautée it in a pan on high heat until it gets some color on the edges.

Add in 1/2 of your seasoning, and cook some of the moisture out of your mushrooms.

Add your BBQ sauce of choice, and let simmer until the Lion’s Mane mixture starts to caramelize and get thicker. Taste, and add the rest of the seasonings to your liking.
